The blog of photographer Kim Ayres

Coming soon...

.
I have the greatest blog post ever written lined up.

It will answer the most fundamental questions about existence, and help to truly make the world a better place.

Everything in your life will suddenly and completely make sense.

But as we still don't know yet whether we will be here by the end of tomorrow (see previous post), I've decided to post in on Thursday as it would be too cruel to receive enlightenment only to have it snatched away.

Tune in 8am UK time on Thursday 11th.

Apparently the world ending experiments don't start for another month. They're just warming it up.

Well, Kim, I’ve decided to make upgrading my computer today with the latest Microsoft security patches a big priority. After all, if we are going to get sucked into a black hole, at least my computer will be secure when it pops out the other end!

Seems we've survived the initial "flip of the switch" so I'll be looking for that post tomorrow morning. In the meantime, I'll start shredding all these philosophy books... won't need them anymore.

Oh, it looks like we're all still here then.

*cough*

Let that be a warning to you all- never make rash promises just because you think the world is about to end.
