Dual Language Road Signs

.
“Dad, why are all the signs in the opposite direction written in Welsh?”

“They’re not, son: you’re just looking at them in the mirror. We left Wales 2 days ago.”

Rogan's question makes sense to me. I'd always wondered why the numbers on everyone's front license plate were backwards—except for ours—until Martha mentioned the mirror thing.

Hahahaha! Ah, that gave me a good laugh.
Though I loved my trip to Savannah, I do miss that I didn't get to drive cross country and see more. Trips where I have to fly are always a bit dicey. It always takes me a few days to get my bearings, and usually (as with this time) I catch a cold and spend several days feeling slightly off.

Savannah - I have suggested he blog about our trip, but so far he's not taken the opportunity

Charlie - although the police and ambulance service do have it written in reverse on the front, so it appears the right way round in the mirror and in Welsh if it's heading toward you

Jimmy - true

Sarah - :)

Pat - you captured his heart as soon as you said he could have the chocolate fudge cake when we met for lunch :)

FLG - :)

Kanani - a US coast to coast road trip is definitely something I'd like to do one day

Kim, for some reason, the university computers do not like your blog site! This is the third time I've tried to log on!
