I see Rogan has spotted the maggot problem, but I see no mention of the height above which brambles should be picked.I should say over 3 feet, perhaps slightly higher in the vicinity of great danes and motorway laybys. I can retire now knowing my public duty is seen to. Hope you don't have to go out and repick the entire crop.

ReplyDeleteSandy - don't worry, from the age of 3 Rogan was taught to avoid picking the ones too low down. And we never take them from the side of the road.
